KICK-OFF

Our design journey begins best with a conversation over a cup of coffee. This is a great opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your needs and expectations, and outline the terms of our collaboration.

CONCEPT

Based on our conversation and your responses to a questionnaire, you will receive a proposal for the interior aesthetics in the form of a mood board, along with two or three options for the functional layout.

3D MODEL / VISUALIZATIONS

Based on your chosen concept, you will receive a 3D model or realistic visualizations that present the final look of your interior.

MATERIAL SELECTION

After approving the visualizations, we will meet to review the materials and colours for the design.

EXECUTIVE PROJECT

The final stage is the executive project. It includes technical drawings, such as plumbing, electrical, wall and floor coverings, custom furniture. Along with the complete set of drawings, you will receive a comprehensive cost estimate of the materials and products used in the project.

SUPPORT

At your request, I can supervise the build to ensure that the renovation works are carried out according to the design. You can choose whether to purchase items yourself or to leave it to me.
